2. About Gaza Relief Initiative

Gaza Relief Initiative is a humanitarian organisation focused on delivering emergency aid, healthcare, education, and community recovery support. Programme descriptions, impact figures, and project updates on this Site are provided for informational purposes and may be updated as conditions on the ground evolve.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

4. Donations

Donations made through the Site are voluntary gifts to support GRI's humanitarian programmes. Unless otherwise stated at the time of giving:

• Donations are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate or fraudulent transactions reported promptly.
• All amounts are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless a different currency is explicitly offered at checkout.
• GRI endeavours to allocate funds according to stated programmes, but reserves the right to redirect resources when operational or safety needs require it, in line with our transparency commitments.
• Tax deductibility of donations depends on your jurisdiction and GRI's registration status. Receipts are provided where applicable.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by secure third-party providers. By donating, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. GRI is not responsible for errors caused by your payment provider, but we will work with you to resolve legitimate processing issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site - including text, images, logos, graphics, and design - is owned by Gaza Relief Initiative or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you donated to GRI in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
